Return & Exchange Policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and our customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product delivered we will be happy to issue a refund or offer you an exchange.

Cancelling an Order

If you've placed your order and we didn’t ship your products yet please contact us immediately for a same day full refund.

If your item has shipped and you want to cancel the order, you will have to refuse the package and the carrier will send it back to us. 15% restocking fee applies.

Products must be in their original packaging, undamaged and not installed or assembled in order to qualify for a return or exchange.


If you already received your product, you have 15 days from the day of delivery to contact us and request a return. You will have to cover the return shipping cost as well as a 15% restocking fee.


If you change your mind within 15 days of receiving the product, contact us and request an exchange.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges. Simply send us the unused, uninstalled product in its original packaging. You will need to pay the shipping cost of the return and the shipping cost of the replacement.
