Shipping & Delivery
At Vanity Tubs we offer free shipping to the contiguous United States on all products.
Most products ship out within 3 to 7 business days. If you need an item delivered by a certain date, you can email us to get a quote on next day or second day air: email@example.com. Orders which have been prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled.
We do our very best to keep stock and inventory updates and pricing current and accurate. If you order a tub that is out of stock or back ordered, we will let you know as quickly as possible. If you have questions about the stock status of a product please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to include a daytime and an alternate phone number when you place the order so the freight company can coordinate a convenient delivery time with you. We cannot leave your tub at the delivery location without a signature, so being able to reach you and coordinate the delivery is very important. We recommend that you have help available upon shipment arrival.
Please give us a heads up before the delivery if there are obstructions such as small driveways, gates, fences or anything else which may prevent the delivery truck from reaching the delivery location. If the freight truck cannot reach the delivery location for any reason, we may ask you for another address to deliver it to.
Larger items are delivered curbside. Upgraded services such as white glove or inside delivery may be available (at an additional cost). For questions regarding this or for a quote on the additional costs, please email us prior to ordering at: email@example.com
Your signature is required for delivery.
Please carefully inspect the package before signing for it. Try to open the box and visually inspect before signing. If you notice any visible damage on the outer packaging please make a note on the delivery receipt indicating it. Never sign for an item that is damaged - Simply refuse the delivery. If the driver does not allow you to open the box for inspection before signing please write this on the delivery receipt: "Damaged until further inspection". Your signature is a binding contract, by signing without proper notation means that the shipment was delivered and received in good order and condition. If there are any damages, you have 1 business day to inform us by email. Include a detailed description and images of the damage and outer packaging.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in and charged your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail and offer refund, replacement or back order.
We will send you tracking information within 1 business day of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
