Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@vanitytubs.com.
Easy Returns:
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to process returns within 30 days of your order arriving at your home. To start a return, please email us at returns@vanitytubs.com and we will be happy to start the process for you.
Keep in mind that, with the exception of damaged or defective products, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return a product due to damage or defect, you will not be charged for shipping and the below policies will take effect.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please note this damage on the shipping manifest and send photos of the damaged parts to returns@vanitytubs.com and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf. You may also call us at +1 (503) 208-4658 and we are more than happy to get your warranty claim started as soon as possible.
ALFI brand products are warranted to the original customer for normal use and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, lime scale, aggressive water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. Our warranties are not transferable. Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account (credit card, PayPal account or otherwise) that you used when placing your order.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
