If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
HOW TO REPORT DAMAGES:
Please inspect your merchandise before signing the delivery receipt. Any damages must be noted on the delivery slip and, if there is visible damage, you must refuse the delivery. If there is no visible damage, accept the delivery and if damage is found upon unpacking your product, send photos of the damage within 48 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. If you do not send photos of the damage within hours of receiving delivery, we cannot process an insurance claim.
All defective or damaged parts at the fault of Legion Furniture, we will either replace or exchange for the same item. There is a 7-day period to report any defects. Email us at damages@vanitytubs if your product arrives with damages or defects.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to process returns for Legion Furniture products within 7 days of your order arriving at your home. To start a return, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to start the process for you.
Keep in mind that, with the exception of damaged or defective products, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return a product due to damage or defect, you will not be charged for shipping and the below policies will take effect.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please note this damage on the shipping manifest and send photos of the damaged parts to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf. Legion Furniture products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase and subject to the original owner. Damage caused during moving or during installation is not a defect or warranty issue. This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charges associated with the repair, removal, reinstallation, or consequential damages, damage due to installation error, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover product failure caused by abusive treatment, surface scratches, misuse, neglect, or damage due to handling or faulty installations. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to the original installation of the product. Defective products or parts will be replaced on a rush and availability basis. Legion Furniture must be notified in writing upon discovery of any defect in the product, including a detailed description of the alleged defect and include photos. This warranty does not apply to local building code compliance. The buyer should check with the local related plumbing codes before installation.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account (credit card, PayPal account or otherwise) that you used when placing your order.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
•You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
•Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
•The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
•The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location.
•The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.).
•The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
