If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@vanitytubs.com. Please note: Freight shipments generally take 7 - 10 days to ship.

Easy Returns:

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to process returns within 30 days of your order arriving at your home. To start a return, please email us at returns@vanitytubs.com and we will be happy to start the process for you.

Keep in mind that, with the exception of damaged or defective products, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return a product due to damage or defect, you will not be charged for shipping and the below policies will take effect.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please note this damage on the shipping manifest and send photos of the damaged parts to returns@vanitytubs.com and we will process a warranty claim on your behalf. You may also call us at +1 (503) 208-4658 and we are more than happy to get your warranty claim started as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account (credit card, PayPal account or otherwise) that you used when placing your order.

1-Year Warranty:

Swiss Madison® recommends all installations of Swiss Madision® products to be conducted by a licensed, professional plumber or contractor. Swiss Madison® will not be held responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper installation, misuse, or failure to utilize a licensed professional for installation. Swiss Madison® is not responsible for any installation or removal costs.

This One Year Limited Warranty Will Be Voided If:

•The installation recommendations were not followed by the installer

•The product has been moved from its initial place of installation

•The product has in any way been modified from its packaged state

•The product has been subjected to improper maintenance, abuse, misuse, excessive use of chemicals, accidents, or other damages, etc.

Swiss Madison® is not responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages associated with the installation, replacement, return or use of the original purchaser's product. This includes, but is not limited to: freight costs, labor, travel time, lost profit, home damages and other contingent liabilities and costs (including, without limitation, costs associated with 'professionals' or 'experts', investigations, audits, analyses, attorneys and other professional/hired services).

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor's website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
